Get paid what you're owed.

Tradie Protector chases your overdue invoices for you. Email, text and a phone call, sent in your business name and kept inside the contact limits. You approve. We chase.

Start on the Free plan. Send more active debts out and we move you up a plan automatically.

Read-only connection to Xero. No commission. We never touch the money.

The job after the job

You did the job.

Overdue invoices are normal in the trades. Spending Sunday night texting customers about them shouldn't be. Connect your accounts once and the chasing runs by itself.

How it works

Five steps. Then it runs by itself.

Hear it work

Press chase. We make the calls.

Our voice agent rings your customer in your business name, states the invoice plainly, and listens. What they say goes on the record. When the money lands in Xero, chasing stops by itself.

Try it. Press Chase this debt on the phone and listen.

What your customer sees

Your name on it, not ours. Firm, never rude.

Your customer gets a plain message from your business and a link to a calm page: the invoice, what's owed, and five plain ways to respond. Whatever they choose lands in your app the same minute.

A dispute stops everything until you've looked at it. Hardship pauses it.

Your business at the top. Ours once, in the small print. No jade.

Inside the lines

Chasing that stays inside the lines.

  • 3 a week. 10 a month. The most we contact any one customer.
  • Permitted hours only. Never on a public holiday in their state.
  • A dispute, a hardship claim or a stop request stops the chasing straight away.

These limits follow the ACCC and ASIC debt collection guideline. They are built in and can't be switched off.

Day 60

When it stalls, it's your call.

At 60 days we put the choices in front of you: a letter of demand, your state tribunal, keep going, or write it off. We'll tell you straight when a debt has gone cold.

  • Option 1A letter of demand
  • Option 2Your state tribunal
  • Option 3Keep going
  • Option 4Write it off

Letters of demand

When a reminder isn’t enough, a letter on your letterhead.

Three letters of demand, drafted by a lawyer and printed with your logo and business details. We post each one in a windowed envelope and track it to the door. Your customer sees your business, and only yours.

A debt uses a slot for its first 30 days of chasing. After that we keep at it on a slower cycle and the slot frees up. Need more at once? Your plan moves up by itself, and you pay the difference for the rest of the month.

Free needs a card on file, so your plan can move up by itself.

Posted letters cost extra and we ask before each one. Whatever your customers pay goes straight to your account.

Prices in AUD and include GST.

Plainly

What we are, and what we're not.

We contact your customers about overdue invoices as your agent. We don't buy debts, take a cut or handle the money. We're not a law firm, a lender or an insurer, and we can't promise any invoice gets paid. What we can do is chase properly, every time, so you don't have to.

For bookkeepers

Chasing isn’t bookkeeping.

Your clients ask you to chase their late payers because you’re the one who can see them. Partner with Tradie Protector: set them up once, and we chase compliantly, keep the record, and the payment reconciles straight back into the books you keep.
